Registration and payment should be made by 30th October, 2009.
After this date, the online system will be closed and registration will be only be available on site.
There will be NO accompanying persons programme for this meeting.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Confab Consulting Ltd to IPHW09@confab-consulting.co.uk.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until 8th October with a refund as follows:
Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 28th September- Full refund (less 10%
Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 28th September to 8th October - 50% refund
Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 9th October - No refunds will be given
