The Eve Appeal in Partnership with Ovacome

Tuesday 8 April 2008 2-7pm
QEII Conference Centre

The Ovarian Cancer Symptoms Awareness Consensus Conference will be the first ever UK consensus meeting on the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer.

Its aims are to
• to debate and agree the importance of signs and symptoms in diagnosing ovarian cancer
• to provide a vital first step in the process of delivering the most up to date evidence based guidance to UK women on which signs and symptoms to look out for, and what action to take

This meeting will be opened by Professor Mike Richards, National Clinical Director for Cancer, and brings together the leading UK and US experts on ovarian cancer.

It is organised by research charity The Eve Appeal in partnership with patient support charity Ovacome, and will take place during the Innovations and Progress in Healthcare for Women Conference organised by the Institute for Women’s Health on 7th / 8th April in London.
